Time to get all spicy on you….spicy like only a good rye whisky can be. We are proud to announce a Wry Rye tasting November 19th at Waterman Grille at 7pm.
We’ll be tasting six rye whiskies plus a special bonus dram with a special guest – Michael Reppucci from the Sons of Liberty Spirits Company will be tasting his new Battle Cry Whiskey.
The tasting will be led by John, Stephen and Bill – the team from the www.MaltImpostor.com – the whisky humor site that has been parodying overly prententious tasting notes since 2009. They truly put the imp in impostor – and no, I have no idea why they use singular when there are three of them. You’ll have to ask them that yourself.

Tickets are $30 and are available for purchase at Bottles Fine Wine in Providence. As always, we’ll be serving light appetizers and having our end of the evening raffle to raise money for Operation Stand Down Rhode Island – benefiting homeless veterans (so bring cash). So far with your support we’ve managed to raise over $1,200 for ODSRI – thank you very much for your past generosity.
